Self-Care and Self-Compassion

Self-care means doing things with yourself, for yourself. You are your best friend—love your body, talk to it, and experience life together in awareness. Your emotional state affects the life within you. Negative thoughts create turmoil, while positive thoughts foster peace and harmony. Choose to cultivate a mindset of love, understanding, and release from stress. Even in moments of anger, betrayal, or hurt, push back, give it love, and transform negative thoughts into compassion and understanding. Over time, these practices lead to prolonged happiness and a better existence. Be an active participant in your journey to a better life.


The Talking Back Method

When unproductive thoughts arise, talk back to them. Initially, it may take a few tries, but counteract the negative push with positive affirmations.
