12th Hour of Power: Keep Going, Just Do It
This year was one of change. And let’s be real—if you’re alive, you probably felt it too.
Maybe it showed up as heartbreak, growing pains, or curveballs you didn’t see coming. Maybe you’re still in it, trying to catch your breath. Or maybe you're finally starting to feel the glow from all that inner work.
Or maybe—it’s all of the above. Whatever your story, I want you to know this: you’re not alone.
Life has its highs and lows. That’s not a flaw—it’s the rhythm of being human. And every part of it matters. The cracks, the climbs, the chaos—they all shape you.
What I’ve learned this year is simple, but powerful: Keep going. Just do it. Even if you’re tired. Even if it’s not perfect. Even if you have no idea what’s next.
✨ This year, I completed my social initiative goal, women's group: 12 Hours of Power—a full year of showing up, creating space for connection, growth, and community. It wasn’t always easy. The second half of the year? Wild. I juggled new roles, unexpected challenges, and had to stretch myself in new ways.
But I kept going. And because of that, I now have something I’m truly proud of: A mission. A movement. A social initiative I believe in—and love sharing.
Through it all, I came to understand that progress rarely looks graceful. It’s not always a straight line or a polished presentation—it’s messy, raw, and often uncomfortable. But that discomfort was the gateway to something deeper. Growth required me to let go of more than just outdated routines; it asked me to release the patterns I clung to for safety, the expectations I outgrew, and the energy that no longer resonated with the person I was becoming.
In shedding those layers, something else started to shift. I began to understand myself better—my reactions, my fears, my needs—and in doing so, I found more room to understand others too. The grip I had on judgment started to loosen. I no longer felt the need to define everything as right or wrong, good or bad. I saw people—and myself—with more compassion, more grace. And in that space of acceptance, real transformation started to take root.
🌬️ Let It Come, Let It Go...
Negative energy? It’s going to show up. Whether it crashes in like a storm or quietly rises in a still moment—it comes. Uninvited, but full of messages.
But instead of pushing it down or letting it take over, what if we just… let it speak?
Not to stay. But to teach.
Because underneath frustration, anger, and irritability—there’s often something deeper:
A trigger.
A memory that never fully healed.
A truth we’ve been avoiding or didn’t know we needed to face.
When it bubbles up, ask yourself:
Where is this really coming from?
Is this the situation—or the meaning I’m assigning it?
What part of me is still hoping, hurting, or holding on?
This isn’t about judgment—it’s about understanding. Let the energy pass through you, not define you. Name it. Learn from it. Release it. Make room for clarity, peace, and deeper self-awareness.
You’re not broken. You’re human. And the more you understand your shadows, the brighter your light becomes.
🎯 What Do You Want—And How Do You Get There?
It’s a big question, but let’s not overcomplicate it.
What do you really want? Not what sounds good. Not what people expect. But you—deep down. Peace? Purpose? Freedom? Creativity? A love that feels like home?
That answer might feel foggy right now—and that’s okay. Here’s how to start finding it:
🔍 Step 1: Get Quiet & Get Honest
Sit with yourself. Ask:
What excites me?
What feels off?
If I wasn’t afraid, what would I do?
Write it down. No filters.
✂️ Step 2: Cut the Noise
Not everything deserves your attention. Guard your energy. Unfollow, mute, say no. It’s okay.
🎯 Step 3: Set One Clear Goal
Not a life overhaul—just one meaningful step. Speak it into existence like it’s already real:
“I’m building a life that feels aligned.”
🛠️ Step 4: Take Aligned Action
Small steps matter. Send the message. Sign up. Make the list. Say the no. Action shifts energy.
🔁 Step 5: Keep Checking In
You grow. Your goals evolve. Stay curious. Ask: Is this still what I want? Is this still who I’m becoming?
There’s no perfect map. But the path becomes clearer every time you listen in and move with intention.

🌿 Bay Leaf Intention Exercise 🌿
Purpose: Set a clear intention and symbolically release it into the world.
What You’ll Need:
A dried bay leaf
A pen
A fire-safe dish (or a safe space to release it)
How to Do It:
Write Your Intention Choose one simple, positive intention—something you’re ready to release or call in. Write it directly on the bay leaf.
Take a Moment Hold the leaf, close your eyes, and feel what it would be like if that intention were already true.
Let It Go
Safely burn the bay leaf and watch the smoke rise as a symbol of release.
Or, crumble it and scatter it outside or bury it in the earth. Either way works—just let it go.
Move Forward Trust that it’s working behind the scenes. You’ve planted the seed—now let it grow.
🌿Release what no longer serves you. Make space for what’s meant to grow. 🌿
